Centrifugal Pump

Marine Energy supplies, to high technical standards, a complete range of horizontal, vertical, single or multi-stage centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps and complex packaged equipment complying with API 610.

From standard API pumps to special pumps in cast steel or stainless steels, we provides efficient, reliable and tailor-made solutions to satisfy a wide variety of requirements involving pumps in the Oil and Gas industry.

All these types of pumps can be offered in standard in materials API 610 Classes 1-1, S-1, S-6, S-B, A-8, D-1 and D-2. Other classes are available on request.

Vertical Centrifugal and Mixed Flow Pumps

• Capacity: up to 25,000 m3/h or 110,000 US gpm.
• Total dynamic head: 250 m or 820 ft.
• Applications:
  • All Industries
  • Vertical mounting with concentric discharge.
  • Handling of large flow rates at medium or high heads. Material of construction: Cast iron, chromium cast iron, steel, bronze, stainless steel, titanium, 254SMO, special alloys.

Available for cast or fabricated version.

• Note: Manufactured in two designs:
  • Submersible Vertical Pumps (length under grade level max. 25m)
  • Can-mounted Vertical Pumps ("barrel" type) for liquefied gases or for very low NPSHa values.

API 610 Pumps

• Construction standards:API 610 latest edition.
• Capacity: up to 3,000 m3/h or 13,200 US gpm.
• Total dynamic head: 520 m or 1,700 ft.
• Applications:
  • Oil refineries, petrochemical industry, pipelines, offshore
• Material of construction: Cast steel, alloyed steels, stainless steel, Hastelloy, Zirconium, special alloys.
• Note:Available design features:
  • Open or semi-open impeller.
  • Heating jacket.

Vertical Cantilevel Shaft Pumps Without Column Bearing and Without Shaft Sealing Device

• Capacity: up to 3,300 m3/h or 14,500 US gpm.
• Total dynamic head: 150 m or 500 ft.
• Applications:
  • Sump pump up to 1,800 mm length.
• Material of construction: Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Chromium Cast Iron, SpecialAlloys.
• Note:Available design features:
  • -Special design for high temperatures up to 450 deg C (molten salts, molten concentrated soda, ammonium nitrate etc).

Multi-Stage Pumps

• Capacity: up to 400 m3/h or 1,700 US gpm.
• Total dynamic head: 960 m or 3,150 ft.
• Design pressure: 100 bar.
• Applications:
  • Boiler feeding, mine dewatering, booster.
• Material of construction: Cast iron, chromium cast iron, stainless steel, Duplex.
• Note:Available design features:
  • Dynamic axial thrust balancing system.
  • Shaft seal by soft packing or mechanical seal.
